Using the 0 to 10 scale below, rate the degree to which you feel energized by your work.  Think of energy as the degree of motivation or internal drive you are experiencing at work.  You can respond with any number on the scale, from 0 to 10 (it's ok to use decimals such as 5.5, 6.8, etc.).

 10.0 Overly energized (burnout)
 7.5 Very energized
 5.0 Energized
 2.5 Somewhat energized
 0.0 Not at all energized
ENERGY PULSE - Three Quick Questions

Why Energy?
1. Using the scale on the left, please rate your overall energy level.

2. Please take time to tell us about factors affecting your work. What things are working well? If there are obstacles getting in your way, let us know. And, if you have suggestions for improvement, please pass on your ideas.
3. Using the scale on the left, at what energy level do you feel most productive?

Three quick questions lead to action and results only with eePulse's proprietary analytics, reporting engine, and dialogue tools.

Why Energy? We ask employees to rate their overall energy levels at work because optimal energy is critical for their own well being and peak performance and for your organization's overall ability to compete and succeed. The three quick energy questions have been validated with over 18 years of research and linked to outcomes such as long-term financial performance, turnover, high performance, customer satisfaction, and more. Note that there is no "right" answer that applies to everyone. We ask employees to rate their energy today and also the energy level where they are most productive. It is not "good" to be at either the very high or very low end of the scale. Your goal is to keep energy levels at the rate close to where your employees are most productive. You will use your comment data to diagnose what you can do to remove barriers to productivity or to pursue new opportunities. Actions will enhance your employees' energy and engagement at work.
